ASHT Executive Board

Airdrie Sky High twirlers is a non profit society that is governed by an executive board of volunteers. Each term is two years and voted on in the AGM each year.

Krista Shewchuk

Chairperson

Krista has a twirler in the competitive program and has been with ASHT since 2019 when her daughter started in the 8 week session.

Krista is the current ASHT Chair and serves as the ASHT Communications Coordinator.

Jeff Patton

Vice-Chair

Jeff has been involved in the sport of baton for over 20 years. He has served on several boards, both at the local and provincial levels. If you are looking for him at a competition he is likely behind the scenes helping to make things run smoothly. His fondest memories are seeing his two daughters represent Canada at several international competitions.

Eric Shewchuk

Treasurer

Eric has a twirler in the competitive program and has been with ASHT since 2019 when his daughter started in the 8 week session.

Eric is the current ASHT Treasurer.

Jody Gillingham

Secretary

In 2017, Jody's journey with ASHT started as her daughter enrolled in the 8-week session. Fast forward to 2020, her daughter has become a competitive twirler, and since then, baton twirling has played a significant role in our lives.

ASHT Parent Board and Volunteers

We also have a parent board made up of key volunteer positions within the club. These volunteers along with the Executive work together to make decisions for the club and its members.
